The available categories and questions can change when the report location changes.

Set the exact report location
Search for a place or move the pin onto the issue itself. Check the displayed street, landmark or postcode before continuing.

Add the report details
Choose from the categories available for that location, answer any local questions, add a concise description and upload a photo if you have one.

Check and submit
Review the location and information carefully, then submit. Return to your account to follow the report.
Follow a report
View its progress on the website.
Sign in, open Reports and choose My reports. Select a report to see its status, reference, details and images.
Updates are app-only
Use the app to add new information.
The website does not update existing reports. Sign into the app with the same account, open My reports and choose Update. The receiving authority can disable updates, so the option may not always be available.

Do not send a new report or update by email.
Make new reports in the app or on the website. Update existing reports in the app when the receiving authority allows it. Reports and updates emailed to Love Clean Streets are not accepted.
