Request a service using your home address.

Request it is for services such as containers, subscriptions or collections. It is separate from reporting an issue on the map and is only available where an authority provides it.

Before you begin

Save the correct address.

Open Profile → Account settings → Address → Configure. Search for and select the full property address. The app uses it to find services available to that household.

Make the request

Check every detail before confirming.

1. Choose the service

Open Reports and requests, choose My requests and select the service you need. Answer the authority’s questions.

2. Check address and availability

Review the property address. If the service offers booking dates, choose an available slot.

3. Review and confirm

Check the service, date, price and terms. Some services require payment; charges and eligibility are set by the authority.
